Shipping policy

All goods are sent via Royal Mail 48 free of charge.

We will dispatch the goods ordered within 4 working days often sooner.  Once dispatched the item will generate a tracking code and should be delivered by Royal Mail within 2-3 working days. Should the package be delayed please allow 11 working days for it to arrive.  Once delivered the tracking code will be updated with the information of the address (with map), date and time that it was delivered.

If the item does not arrive within 11 working days please get in touch with us via our email bonsaishrimp@hotmail.com and we will look into your order and get back to you as soon as possible.
